1st Amendment Remedy

I've had the idea for years of doing something like this; "In Case of Emergency, Break Glass for Pencil".

I was motivated to do this after talking to some people about how I think we're too quick to look to guns for solutions and what we really need are more "1st Amendment Remedies", solutions to focus on speech than anything else.
