Eddie Vedder Sketch

This was a really quick sketch after someone suggested that I try drawing Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam to help me grow as an illustrator and artist. I decided to give it a quick shot before I headed to bed, and over 30 minutes I did this.

So, I learned a bit. I'm not going to say this is even good, so let me get that out of the way. The construction of the face could be a lot better, the eyes should look more straight, and I could have had a better composition so he looked more comfortable in the frame.

Off-hand, those are my first thoughts about it. I'm considering trying it again in the next week in pencil as the person originally recommened.
