You Are Beautiful

After watching tonight's episode of South Park, I really thought about what I've done as a photographer and a designer in the last 5 years:

As a photographer, I always strive to capture what I see as faithfully as I possibly can. I make it a point to not gloss over the truth, and I do my best to represent reality, unless the occasion calls for something else. I've retouched hundreds of photos in my career as a photographer and designer. In that time, I've focused on removing zits and wrinkles, but in the end I want the people I show to be themselves.

I want people to know that the people I shoot are real, and they are beautiful.
