Devin Townsend Project - Gig Poster 2013

Devin Townsend is one of my favorite musicians, and whenever he comes to Philly I try to do a poster for the show.

While I normally draw all my gig posters, this time around I decided to do one with a photo I took of 'ol Hevy Devy when he played Philly back in 2011. Its one of my favorite photos, and I've been searching for a cool way to highlight it.

Devin's artowork for himself and this project has been largely in this vein, and I wanted it to go along with it. His look has gotten very clean lately, very high-end, and I really like it.
