My Name is Roxy

Today I went through a lot of my old work, and I went back to when I was 18 and 19 and saw what I was up to. Two themes became aparent: I had a lot of fun, and at times I was obsessed with detail. There were a few pieces where the focus was more on detail and, well, I plan on going back to those soon.

Then again, a lot of them focused on FUN. So for this, I decided to just enjoy myself and let the pencil and pens do what they do.

This is an idea I have for a book that I came up with all the way back in 2007. I never finished an issue because I was way too much of a perfectionist. I'm debating giving it another go, but we'll see. I just wanted to do this for the time being.

Her name is Roxy, and you may recognize her from a few other pieces I've done this year and a few others from the past.
