The Horror of 404!

One thing I've always wanted to do was push together the lines that seem to come between art and the internet. I've seen some amazing pieces of art that use the internet as a medium, and this is my first attempt at really trying to do something "artsy" with code.

In essnece, I broke a ton of rules and did things I never did. There's a little animated gif for no real reason other than design, I made the text rotate, and I broke what some would say is the cardinal sin of a web page. Which one? Oh, you'll see!
